Q: How do you handle the elevation of my existing surface?

A: We have the proper equipment to lower the elevation (mill down) to accommodate the thickness of the new surface.
Q: If the elevation of the existing driveway is such that milling is not an option what happens?

A: Complete removal of your existing surface may be necessary.
Q: If I'm interested in expanding or altering my driveway, what are my options?

A: We have the ability to expand your existing driveway or parking lot to accommodate your growing needs.
Q: I have a cracked, chipped concrete driveway. Can you pave over my driveway to repair it?

A: We do not recommend this. However, we can remove it and replace it with a paved driveway.
Q: What are the benefits of driveway sealcoating?

A: When your driveway is properly maintained it's life can be easily extended from 10-15 years to 25-30! Asphalt is a porous material that needs to be protected to last. Sealcoating will protect your driveway from outside elements and automobile drippings.
Q: When is it safe to use my driveway after sealcoating?

A: We recommend staying off of your new driveway for 36 hours until it is completely cured.
Q: How often should I sealcoat my driveway?

A: For a residential driveway every other year would be sufficient for sealcoating.
Q: How is the sealer applied?

A: Our quality commercial grade sealer is hand applied using a brush method.
Q: Do you ever spray apply the sealer?

We use a brush application for residential projects and a spray application for commercial.
Q: Why are there tire marks in my driveway?

A: You may see some tire marks on fresh sealcoat, don't worry these will go away. Marks may be prevented by waiting the correct amount of time for sealcoat to cure and avoiding sharp turns on the drive for up to 2 weeks after sealcoat has been applied.
Q: Do you offer group discounts?

Yes we do, please give us a call for a quote.
Q: When is it too late in the season to sealcoat my driveway?

A: As long as the weather is not too cold we can sealcoat. Our crew keeps and eye on weather conditions so you get the best results
